Why don't Deadpool's healing powers fix his skin problems?

Its the same as his comics counterpart:

After the healing factor was given to him, it made his normal cells as well as his cancerous cells unable to die, giving him a heavily scarred appearance beneath his suit. - Wikipedia

So these cancerous cells made his weird appearance and his healing factor assumed it was part of himself and keep it in the same manner.

What would happen if Deadpool lost his healing factor for one day?

When the Super-Skrulls, and more recently, the Super-Adaptoid, obtained Deadpool’s regenerative powers, they all died pretty much instantly.

Brother Voodoo has got it wrong in the above panels though. I will let Wade himself explain how it actually works:

It’s not because of Wade’s cancer that they died, it’s because of how his healing factor works and the fact that it was tailor-made for him, as a cancer patient. Since the Super-Adaptoid and the Super-Skrulls don’t have the aggressive cancer that Wade does, the power of his healing factor overwhelms their bodies, and they die.
